Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to build the technical capability of strategic partners and collaborate with partner and Darktrace sales teams to create, progress and expand customer opportunities. You will lead technical engagement across the partner lifecycle from enablement to value realization.

You will combine technical depth with consultative selling and execution to scale the partner community as an extension of the field organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering or a related customer-facing role in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Ability to enable technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and support both new business and expansion motions.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern security architectures.
• Familiarity with SOC technologies and workflows (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR).
• Ability to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, guide evaluations and communicate technical value.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship and engagement plan for assigned partners.
• Build credibility with partner sales, SEs, services and leadership.
• Develop joint technical strategies supporting new customer acquisition, expansion and renewals.
• Lead or support demonstrations, workshops and solution reviews with partners and customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption.
