• Lead delivery of all high value contracted services across service towers to meet performance and cost goals.
• Proactively manage issues to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze delivery requirements and coordinate with delivery teams to optimize value and margin.
• Monitor service performance, SLA adherence, and identify risks; drive proactive improvements.
• Coordinate change requests lifecycle and align with contract terms to support growth.
