Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of work experience, preferably in IT service delivery.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• ITIL/ITSM knowledge and certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-value contracted services across service towers to meet performance and cost goals.
• Coordinate incident resolution and service requests; ensure SLAs are consistently met.
• Monitor trends, drive root-cause analysis, and implement proactive improvements.
• Manage revenue forecasting and cost targets; maximize margins and reduce waste.
• Build executive-level relationships and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
