Qualificações

• Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• Typically 4-5 years of work experience in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident resolution and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Analyze trends; drive root-cause fixes and proactive service improvements.
• Understand demand, review supply status, and risks.
• Forecast revenue and manage cost targets across service delivery.
• Manage Change (RfC) lifecycle and contract changes when approved.
