Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Delivery Leader to oversee IT services for a major account, ensuring delivery against promises and customer satisfaction. You will manage a matrix team and collaborate with customer IT teams and partners across locations, including Preston, UK.

The role requires working on client site at least three days per week and may involve SC/DV clearance or eligibility. You will drive service improvements, manage risks, and report on performance, contributing to the account

Qualifications

• IT service management experience.
• Familiar with ITIL foundations and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Experience with contract management and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a virtual delivery organisation and ensure services meet customer expectations and contractual targets.
• Identify service improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver service reports and participate in reviews with customers.
