Zoom is seeking an experienced Implementation professional to drive high-volume customer onboarding from kickoff to launch. You will lead architecture discovery, configure CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot), and guide GTM tooling to align with customers’ sales and marketing workflows.

You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, surface patterns to improve playbooks, and work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM implementation experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proven onboarding experience for SaaS customers across multiple engagements.
• Familiarity with B2B GTM ecosystems and revenue operations data needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead 15+ concurrent implementations for growth and commercial customers.
• Conduct architecture discovery sessions mapping CRM structures and data sources.
• Configure CRM integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, and S3.
• Drive milestones through kickoff, workshops, and enablement training.
• Coordinate GTM ecosystem integrations across sales, marketing, and data systems.
• Track progress, mitigate delivery risk, and escalate when needed.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs at close of implementations.
• Identify recurring patterns and improve shared playbooks and docs.
