Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Head of Customer Implementation to lead our onboarding and DevOps Architecture teams, ensuring consistent delivery across enterprise and mid-market customers.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and delivery partners to shape how we work, improve time to value, and drive customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time hybrid role with scope to evolve our approach and grow the team as Gearset expands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Implementation, Professional Services or a related customer delivery function.
• Experience leading and developing managers.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation performance across enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Develop and codify a repeatable implementation methodology.
• Ensure on-time go-lives and high customer satisfaction.
