Gearset is seeking a Head of Customer Implementation to lead onboarding and DevOps architecture across enterprise and mid‑market customers. You will craft scalable delivery, collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering, and drive consistent, high‑quality outcomes that support growth.

In this leadership role, you will mentor the Onboarding and DevOps teams, shape our implementation approach, and partner with Customer Success and Account Management to maximize value for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Implementation or Professional Services in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to transform delivery methodologies to improve time-to-go-live and customer satisfaction.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing managers in delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Own implementation performance across enterprise and mid-market customers, ensuring time-to-value and on-time go-lives.
• Evolve and document a repeatable implementation methodology for complex requirements.
• Maintain visibility of active implementations using delivery data to inform capacity and risk.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex or at-risk implementations with customer stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to set customer expectations and smooth handoffs from deal close to delivery.
