Job summary

ZipHQ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Onboarding Lead to align customer needs with the Zip product.

You will guide heavy requirements gathering and configure the platform to solve real business problems. You’ll own end-to-end implementations for major enterprise customers, run training sessions, manage cross-functional tasks, and ensure rapid, value-focused onboarding while keeping customers happy.

Qualifications

6+ years in procurement, ERP/P2P, or B2B SaaS customer relationships.
Experience leading enterprise-wide P2P or ERP implementations.
Excellent communication and proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Able to push back while keeping customers happy.
Comfort with software configuration (not necessarily technical).
Willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy Zip and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding for enterprise customers, tailoring configuration to solve their problems.
Oversee end-to-end implementation for new accounts from scratch.
Lead training sessions to empower customers to use the product independently.
Manage onboarding tasks across multiple customers.
Delegate activities to solutions and technical consultants.
Collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize requests and set expectations.
Ensure quick, successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Improve post-sales processes to accelerate time-to-value.
