Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a Credit Controller contractor for a 6-month remote assignment. The role focuses on healthy cashflow, proactive credit control, and accurate account management, while effectively resolving payment and billing queries.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to reduce aged debt, mitigate risk, and improve payment performance. This is a collaborative Accounts Receivable position with potential process improvements across finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve customer queries with colleagues across the business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reconciliations.
• Raise invoices and credit notes to support billing processes.
• Suggest process improvements and support the AR team.
