AVADO is recruiting Course Advisors to join its UK remote sales team. You will engage with warm enquiries, guide aspiring professionals toward the right CIPD qualification, and unlock generous commission through a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

No cold calling, structured training to start earning within 60 days, strong marketing support, and a culture recognised as great to work with. The role rewards performance with clear progression and flexible remote working.

Responsibilities

• High-volume engagement: manage warm leads via calls and emails to enrolment.
• Consultative selling: identify career goals to recommend CIPD levels 3, 5 or 7.
• Diligent pipeline management: own your sales funnel and nurture leads.
• Data accuracy: maintain CRM data and lead records with high precision.
• Market expertise: learn CIPD standards and Avado’s learning model to handle objections.
• Target achievement: work toward monthly enrolment targets with commission and accelerator.
