Responsabilidades

• Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and monitor performance and absences.
• Assist with disciplinaries, grievances, and policy updates.
• Develop engagement programs and deliver in-house L&D.
• Support payroll and advise on terms and conditions.
• Work with leadership on strategic goals and compliance.
