We are looking for high-energy, ambitious individuals to join our well-established sales team as Course Advisors. This role serves as a fast-track entry point into our high-performance sales organisation, specifically designed for those with strong sales flair and competence who are ready to move into a high-volume, consultative role selling a best-in-market product.
You will be joining a team with an average tenure of 8 years - a testament to our culture and success. Selling for the UK's leading brand in professional qualifications, you will enrol on a structured and robust training programme designed to get you billing and achieving commission within your first two months. With a constant feed of warm leads from our marketing team, this is an exceptional opportunity for growth-minded individuals to thrive in a market-leading environment.
As a Course Advisor, you are a key driver of our enrolment team. This is a fast-paced, high-activity sales role focused on converting high-quality, warm enquiries. There is no cold calling. You will act as an advisor for aspiring professionals, using your sales expertise to guide them toward the right CIPD qualification. Success in this role requires a balance of persuasive flair and a commitment to operational excellence.
While the role is advisory, it is a performance-driven sales position where your earning potential is directly linked to your results. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career looking to grow in a purpose-led, high-performing business.
And just for being here, we offer you a culture that's created and nurtured by super smart people and underpinned by our Values which guide our thinking, decisions and actions, creating a truly unique place
to work.
You will also get to be at the forefront of helping a very diverse range of professionals enhance their careers, whether at the early stages or later down the line. You'll enjoy an environment with an enviable workspace to use in West London, serious personal development opportunities (well, we are a learning organisation after all), and some rather nice job-related and lifestyle perks. Oh, and one more thing - we're a Great Place to Work certified company, something we are rightly very proud of!
And we're highly inclusive. Avado is one of those rare places where anyone from anywhere with any background or experience is free to come and do their very best work. We believe in the diversity of thought, as that's what helps us help our clients and learners - whether investing in their own development, or having their employer invest for them. Equality, diversity and inclusion are values that underpin our success; come and see for yourself!
The Knovia Group is committed to safeguarding, protecting and promoting the welfare of learners, children, young people and vulnerable adults. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
We expect all colleagues to share this commitment and to contribute to a culture where people feel safe, respectful and able to achieve their potential. As part of our safer recruitment processes, appropriate pre-employment checks, including DBS, right to work, reference and social media checks where required, will be undertaken.
We're a Disability Confident Employer and have a guaranteed interview scheme in place to ensure that nobody is overlooked or discriminated against because of their disability. If you meet the minimum criteria when you apply and you have informed us in your application that you have a disability, you will be guaranteed an interview for that role.
