Avado is hiring a B2B Sales Executive to build our corporate customer base and report to the Chief Commercial Officer. This remote role involves a fast-paced, high-activity environment selling CIPD qualifications, CPD short courses, and HR compliance courses to UK HR professionals.
You'll qualify and convert a high volume of leads, manage the pipeline, and hit revenue targets with generous commission and accelerator schemes.
Avado is the established leader in professional qualifications and training for the HR professional, and we've launched a brand-new B2B division to take that success to employers. This is a rare chance to join a fast-growth team at the very start, backed by a market-leading brand, proven products and a strong reputation with HR professionals.
We're looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to help build our corporate customer base, reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with our Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. You'll complete a structured training programme designed to get you closing deals quickly, and you'll help shape how the new team sells as it grows.
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (37.5)
This is a fast-paced, high-activity role selling to HR professionals in small and medium-sized organisations, predominantly in the UK. You'll qualify and convert a high volume of marketing qualified leads into new corporate customers. As we expand our B2B business globally, your remit will grow with it. This role would suit someone already in B2B sales, someone moving from B2C into B2B selling, or someone bringing sales experience from another sector (such as recruitment) into education. Succeed here and there's a clear path to our Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager role, managing larger, more sophisticated corporate accounts.
As a B2B Sales Executive, you'll be the engine of our corporate pipeline, working a steady, high volume of marketing qualified leads. There's no cold calling or outbound prospecting: you'll spend most of your time on the phone, qualifying needs, running discovery calls and closing deals. You'll be selling to HR professionals across a mixed product set: our world-class CIPD qualifications, CPD short courses, and HR compliance courses for managers.
Uncapped Earning Potential: A competitive base salary plus a very generous commission and accelerator scheme
Structured Training: A dedicated programme to ensure you are fully equipped to start earning commission within 60 days
Market-Leading Lead Flow: No cold calling; you are supported by an expert marketing team and world-class systems
Holiday & Culture: 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays (increasing with tenure) and your birthday off
Growth: Access to our own learning platforms (SEEDL) and the wider Blenheim Chalcot network
Statutory pension and life assurance
Employee Assistance Program & other lifestyle discounts
