SLS Recruitment Specialising in Further Education is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of HR and CIPD training courses in London. This role focuses on outbound sales, relationship building and converting inquiries into enrolments.

The position offers a salary up to £45,000 with the potential for bonuses or commissions, and a hybrid setup with two days per week in the London office. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle from lead to enrolment and maintain CRM

Formación

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within training/HR.
• Able to generate leads, engage prospects and close sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and lead generation.
• Promote HR and CIPD qualifications to individuals and businesses.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
• Build relationships with learners, HR professionals and corporate clients.
• Follow up leads, deliver consultations and maximise conversions.
• Maintain CRM records, pipelines and forecasts.
