Job description

Role Summary

A modern Top 10 conveyancing law firm is actively looking to recruit a senior Residential Conveyancer on a remote basis.

You will handle your own caseload (80-110 files) of conveyancing files with the support of your own designated Paralegal as part of a team. The caseload will be fixed to cover sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfer of equity and remortgages.

Mid‑high volume although the firm offers excellent administrative support. Lawyers at this firm work in a more technical capacity focusing on the legal element of conveyancing transactions.

This is a remote role.

The role is full time. The hours are #removed#.

Experience Required

• Be a UK qualified residential conveyancing lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor) with at least 5 PQE – Essential

There is no upper PQE range for this role; both mid‑level and senior lawyer hires are available.
