Overview

Remote Conveyancer – Excellent Work Life Balance – UK Wide – £28,000 to £45,000

The Firm

My client is a well-established and highly regarded conveyancing firm with a strong reputation for quality service and client care. Known for embracing technology and innovation, they have streamlined systems that allow conveyancers to work efficiently from home with full support.

The Role

This is a fully remote conveyancing position handling your own residential caseload from instruction to post-completion. The work will include:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered titles
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, and leaseholds
  • Carrying out title checks (desirable, but not essential)
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth progress
  • Working autonomously with full administrative support and access to case management systems
  • Keeping clients informed with a proactive and personable approach
You

The successful candidate will be an experienced residential conveyancer who can confidently manage a caseload from start to finish. You will have:

  • Significant experience in handling your own conveyancing caseload independently
  • Experience dealing with leasehold properties (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the full transaction process including post-completion
  • Ideally, experience in title checking
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A self-motivated, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Either be qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or non-qualified with extensive hands-on experience
