APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to drive new business growth with a defined Birmingham territory. The role offers fully remote working, a £45,000 basic salary plus £4,000 car allowance and uncapped commission, with autonomy to own your diary and pipeline.

You will identify opportunities, prospect, build relationships with decision-makers and close commercial agreements, while managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales or business development in service-led environments.
• Experience generating own leads and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Experience managing full sales cycle including negotiation and closing.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities and convert them into profitable, long-term contracts.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling and targeted prospecting.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand client priorities to add value.
• Present tailored parking management solutions addressing business needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
• Research target organisations and create a proactive territory plan.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from contract to implementation.
