Horizon Parking Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen client partnerships across multiple sites. You will design tailored pitches, analyse monthly revenue data, and work with partners to maximise commercial opportunities.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Liverpool-based office with an uncapped commission structure and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Previous experience in a commercial management, pricing, revenue management, or account management role.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and identify performance opportunities.
• Experience managing commercial accounts and client-facing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
• Develops and maintains favourable relationships with aligned targets.
• Works collaboratively with partners to maximise Horizon Parking's commercial position.
• Designs and delivers tailored pitches that incorporate client requirements.
• Data analysis of monthly revenue booking data to inform promotions and sales initiatives.
• Processing general enquiries via internal ticketing system and phone lines.
• Maintaining and updating back-office products/services.
