MARMON LIFT RECRUITMENT LTD is partnering with a growing business to appoint an experienced National Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role that rewards winning new business, building strong relationships and effectively managing your own diary and territory.

The position offers a £45,000-£50,000 basic salary, a £500 car allowance and uncapped commission after probation, with expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field-based sales or business development role.
• Strong track record of winning new business.
• Commercially driven and target focused.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
