Job summary

TAC Insights Ltd. is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the trusted partner for sponsors, ensuring exceptional service and maximising investment. You will bridge Sales and Delivery, translating sponsor expectations into operational and systems requirements.

You'll manage sponsor campaigns, drive attendance, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production and Systems to deliver a seamless sponsor experience across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sponsor relationships in events or conferences.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with event platforms and hub-based workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for sponsors from contract to post-event reporting.
• Help sponsors understand and maximise their event investment.
• Execute campaigns and activations, drive attendance and engagement.
• Facilitate introductions and meetings with a white-glove service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production and Systems for a seamless sponsor experience.
