Job summary

The TalentHQ is looking for a proactive Client Success Manager (contractor) to own a book of ~150 members from onboarding to renewal.

You will run proactive check-ins, coach on offers and pricing, and handle cancellations or downgrades to protect revenue, while keeping members engaged across US and UK hours.

Base pay is $5,000 per month with on-target earnings of $10,000–$15,000 per month, and this remote, full-time role supports a fast-moving coaching education business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an account manager, CSM, or client success lead, ideally B2B, high-ticket coaching or info products.
• Sales experience: you have closed deals, set appointments, or managed revenue accounts.
• Available across US and UK hours, willing to share weekend coverage.
• Polished English, comfortable on client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of ~150 community members from onboarding to renewal; you are their first point of contact.
• Run proactive check-ins using a health system to catch disengagement early.
• Handle cancellation requests, declined payments, and downgrades; save the ones that should stay and log why the others leave.
• Coach members on offers, pricing, sales, and content; over time, run offer reviews on calls.
