• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and aid platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, uphold SLA discipline, and perform proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Detect red flags, complaints, security incidents, or issues outside authorized boundaries and escalate per rules.
