You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling concierge-level account assistance while ensuring strict compliance and data protection throughout all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate, timely client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries.
