In this role you will handle client communication within the Assetara workspace, manage CRM notes, monitor SLA, and escalate issues per compliance rules, while maintaining strict data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, concise communication exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge-level client support, schedule client calls, and assist with platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Manage unread client threads, monitor SLA adherence, and perform authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security incidents according to company compliance rules.
