• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and perform proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system while protecting data privacy.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and security incidents in line with company rules.
