Job summary

Made Tech is seeking a Client Operations and Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client demand and data across our growing business. You will sit at the junction of supply and demand, running the weekly timesheet cycle, period close, and keeping Kimble and Salesforce data accurate to support client invoicing and performance reporting.

You will work with scheduling managers to build teams based on capacity, skills and experience, onboard contractors, and drive process improvements across

Qualifications

• Experience handling data in scheduling and timesheet processes.
• Familiarity with IR35 and contractor management.
• Experience with professional services resource management.
• Public sector experience.
• Strong data integrity and systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly timesheets and period closes.
• Set up projects in scheduling software with accurate allocations.
• Maintain data in Kimble and Salesforce.
• Support onboarding of contractors and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve processes.
• Provide first line user support for scheduling systems.
