As a remote client coordinator, you will specialize in crafting personalized travel experiences for clients around the globe. We pride ourselves on our dedication to customer satisfaction and our commitment to making our clients' travel dreams a reality. As a travel coordinator you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while helping clients plan unforgettable journeys to exciting destinations. You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. Your primary duties will include: Client Consultation: Communicating with clients via phone, email, or video conferencing to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements. Itinerary Creation: Using your knowledge and expertise to create custom travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs and desires. Booking Arrangements: Researching and booking flights, accommodations, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, and other travel-related services. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and addressing any questions or concerns that clients may have. Destination Research: Staying up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and experiences to offer personalized recommendations to clients. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of client bookings, payments, and correspondence. Qualifications: Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers and online booking platforms. Passion for travel and a desire to make clients' dreams come true.
