In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the global sales team, supporting various markets in the UK, US Canada, and more. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service by managing post-sale activities, including processing payments, ensuring seamless operations across the customer journey, and collaborating with multiple cross functional teams at the company including training, customer success, technical support, and more. The Sales Operations team at our company is first in line of support for customers and a critical partner to the sales team. They make a significant impact on the business by ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences, ultimately contributing to customer retention. During this role you will:

  • Process incoming orders and support case inquiries using Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and email or route them appropriately/
  • Keep abreast of product updates, policy changes, and feature launches; ensure Sales team awareness and compliance.
  • Assist with the sales cycle by supplying preliminary product/service information to potential leads and referral customers.
  • Provide admin support for Sales and Customer Engagement teams, including documentation and policy adherence.
  • Partner with Accounting to manage invoicing, billing, and payment processes.
Here is What Success Looks Like:
  • 2+ years in a business support or sales support role, working across departments.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills; clear, professional phone presence.
  • Able to manage multiple requests and systems with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM/ERP platform.
  • Brings a proactive, organized, and collaborative approach.
Experience with systems such as NetSuite, and/or Salesforce is a plus, but not required. You will learn these tools in the role. Bachelor’s degree, college coursework in Customer Service, Business, or a related field preferred. Or equivalent years of related work experience.

Compensation: Annual base salary of 30,000 - 34,000 GBP.Your base pay will depend on various factors including your level of experience, knowledge, and skills based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
