Job summary

Som3 is seeking an Operational Change Lead to bridge operational teams with group change functions, translating strategic IT change into practical implementations across SME environments. The role focuses on adoption, readiness and continuous improvement, spanning Software Delivery, Change, Product Management and Operations.

You will coordinate planning, embedding operational improvements, drive stakeholder engagement and support decision-making to deliver change with impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change or transformation initiatives in an operational environment.
• Experience coordinating business readiness, implementation or operational change activities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Experience working with Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Experience using formal project delivery or change management methodologies.
• Continuous improvement experience such as Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Bridge operational teams and group change functions to implement IT/software changes.
• Coordinate planning, readiness and user adoption to realise project benefits.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support decision-making across business units.
• Facilitate UAT planning with operational resources and ensure changes embed into operations.
