Job summary

SSE plc is seeking a skilled Change Lead to drive business readiness and user adoption across Transmission Digital programmes. You will coordinate and align delivery of business change across IT, OT and Cyber initiatives within a structured framework, ensuring valuable change experiences for leaders and users.

You will shape the change approach, refine tools and templates, and bolster the capability of the Digital Business Change Team while partnering with project teams to ensure successful

• Proven experience leading business change in large-scale transformations.
• Strong customer focus ensuring benefits for users.
• Experience managing people or third-party contractors.
• Change management knowledge, models and practical application.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver within challenging timescales.

Responsibilities

• Apply the digital business change framework across projects and programs.
• Lead and coach Change Managers and Change Analysts in design and delivery of materials.
• Provide guidance to Value Chain/Cyber Resilience leads on change needs and outputs.
• Report status including risks, issues and decisions to project teams.
• Create a higher-level view of portfolio-level change activities and stakeholder engagement.
