Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Lead to drive B2B growth from a UK-based, predominantly remote position with occasional London meetings. This permanent, three-day-per-week role offers flexible working patterns and an immediate start.

You will own the marketing direction, establish practical frameworks, and lead execution through an offshore team. You will review existing activity, identify opportunities and focus investment on measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B marketing experience in a service-led or outsourced business.
• Proven track record in developing marketing strategy for growing organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build sales pipeline through integrated campaigns.
• Experience establishing or improving marketing functions, processes and frameworks.
• Proven ability to train, mentor and delegate to marketing colleagues; offshore/remote teams valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing direction and strategy to align with growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor an offshore marketing team; recruit and develop capability.
• Translate strategy into clear briefs, workflows and priorities; coach for output quality.
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities via multi-channel campaigns.
• Ensure sales-marketing alignment to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline progression.
• Define target markets, personas and messaging for multiple decision-makers.
• Plan and direct activity across email, LinkedIn, digital, content and events; offshore team executes.
