Cys Security Ltd invites applications for a part-time Business Development & Marketing Manager. This remote, UK-based role with occasional travel offers flexible 3 or 4 days per week and a salary that scales with the days worked (£24,000 for 3 days or £32,000 for 4 days per year).

You will lead growth by creating campaigns, generating leads and developing opportunities across intelligence, security and AI services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and communications.
• WordPress website-management skills.
• Experience using MemberPress or another subscription platform.
• Demonstrable experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Ability to assess content and campaigns for generating new clients with the marketing team.
• Experience managing social media, email marketing, SEO and analytics.
• Understanding of lead generation, customer journeys and conversion.
• Able to work independently, bring ideas and take ownership.
• Strong ability to communicate complex services clearly.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business: identify target customers, research opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive lead generation: use LinkedIn, email, digital campaigns and outreach to generate inquiries and book meetings.
• Support sales growth: build relationships with prospects, follow up opportunities and help convert leads into customers.
• Deliver marketing campaigns: plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content: produce written, visual and short-form video content to build credibility and generate interest.
• Promote our services: develop clear messaging and sales materials for the company.
• Track results: monitor leads, meetings, campaign performance and sales opportunities to ensure activity delivers commercial value.
