Job summary

Money Expert is seeking a Marketing Manager to own Performance Marketing and acquisition, working across CRM, campaigns, partnerships and eCommerce. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to meetings and partner events.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will turn growth strategy into measurable commercial results, manage campaigns end-to-end, analyse performance and optimise channels to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in digital/performance marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns from strategy to measurement.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, PMax, Microsoft/Bing, Meta or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the performance marketing roadmap across priority products.
• Drive growth across Google Search, PMax, Microsoft/Bing, Paid Social.
• Manage activity against commercial outcomes: traffic, leads, conversion, ROAS/ROI.
• Identify opportunities to scale activity and improve lead quality.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle activity across email and SMS.
