The position offers a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, plus DOE, OTE up to £80,000, uncapped, a company car and expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional paint/coating industry (Automotive Refinishing/Industrial/Wood Coatings).
• Remote-based BDM with hunter sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Establish a sales pipeline and use SharePoint for tracking.
• Implement new business per group strategy.
• Target the right contacts within organisations.
• Meet customers face-to-face, by phone, or via video.
• Record visits using the reporting system.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Identify development opportunities from customer/portfolio perspectives.
• Maintain customer database for mailshots via head office.
• Capture and feedback market and competitor information.
• Hand over accounts to the region after initial 3 months.
