Job summary

Paragon Skills is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Sales team. This remote-based role supports clients in the South, with 36.5 hours per week and a salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus.

You will secure apprenticeship opportunities and manage client relationships across SME and large corporate organisations. You will identify opportunities, build engagement plans, demonstrate ROI of apprenticeships, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in Apprenticeships.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and consultative selling.
• Track record of exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel nationally (drivers license required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop sales engagement plans to generate leads.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrate the value and ROI of apprenticeships.
• Provide apprenticeship funding and levy guidance.
• Design bespoke apprenticeship solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM and administrative records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
