S Knights Recruitment is seeking an Apprenticeships Business Development Manager to drive national apprenticeship growth across the UK. The role is remote with monthly travel to Derby, offering £38,000–£42,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Apprenticeship Sales or Employer Engagement.
• Knowledge of Digital/Technology/Data/IT/AI/Software Development Apprenticeships.
• Experience working with levy and non-levy employers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Apprenticeships and Skills.
• Build and manage relationships with levy and non-levy employers.
• Promote Digital, Technology, Data, AI, Cyber Security, Software Development, IT, BI and Digital Marketing Apprenticeships.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract sign-off and onboarding.
• Conduct employer needs analyses and workforce planning discussions.
• Advise on apprenticeship funding, levy utilisation and workforce development.
• Maintain a active sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Hit monthly sales, employer engagement and revenue targets.
• Attend employer meetings and networking events; collaborate with delivery teams.
