Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX team from Scotland. You will be the face of our platform for users and partners, providing efficient and friendly support across email, chat and phone, with a focus on driving great outcomes and retention.

You will work remotely, handle inquiries, support on social channels, and collaborate with internal teams to surface issues and improve the service while promoting our mission to reduce food waste.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Based in Scotland.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for users and partners via email, chat and phone to deliver outstanding customer care.
• Respond to inquiries via social media tools and proactive outreach when needed.
• Identify and communicate user/partner pain points to internal teams for resolution.
• Promote retention and maximize meals saved through proactive support.
• Act as a brand ambassador and encourage sustainable behavior in communications.
