Too Good To Go is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist in Scotland to join our CX team. You will be the face of our users and partners, delivering efficient, friendly support across email, chat and phone, and empowering actions against food waste.

You will work to KPIs, collaborate with global teams, and help maximize meals saved while upholding our brand values and commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
• Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
• Based in Scotland.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets.
• First-class and inspiring communicator.
• Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
• Team player with strong relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented with repetitive tasks.
• Experience in marketplace, big platform, or food industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for users and partners; ensure outstanding service via email, chat and phone.

40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.

We’re more than an app: we have a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join the CX superstar team at Too Good To Go in Scotland!

This position requires availability from Saturday to Wednesday, from 9 am to 6 pm. This is a fully remote position and requires fluency in English and French.

Your mission:

Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be the face for our users and partners and turn them into ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly customer care. You’ll inspire and empower them to take action against food waste and to become part of the movement.

The role will include responsibilities such as:

• Being the main point of contact for our users and partners ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone

• Answering all questions through some of our Social Media tools

• Handle priority situations with high care, as well as contact users and stores proactively when necessary

• Empower users and partners to maximize saved meals through proactive support and targeted retention efforts

• Being a brand ambassador in all your communications with our customers as you encourage, inspire, and empower our customers towards more sustainable behaviour

• Proactively identify partner and consumer pain points and surface technical or operational issues to internal stakeholders globally.

We are looking for:

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.

• Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English to communicate with users and partners across Scotland.

• Someone based in Scotland.

• You’re comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets, with a strong focus on delivering great customer outcomes

• A first-class and inspiring communicator, who is able to draw on those skills to set the bar high.

• Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.

• A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our users and partners.

• Detail-oriented individuals who are able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.

• Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry is a bonus.
