Job summary

WithYou in Scotland seeks a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth and sustainability of services. The role covers Scotland with remote/home-based work and travel to services, including Glasgow, and involves leading tenders, pricing models and collaboration with senior leaders.

The position sits within the Business Development and Communications Directorate, focusing on innovative stakeholder engagement and scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar business development role.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Proven track record in tenders, service design, budgets and partnerships.
• Knowledge of the third sector; health and social care; public health; criminal justice and/or housing BC in Scotland.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, including tender and pipeline planning.
• Proven ability to write successful tenders and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Project management: lead a project team to produce high-quality bids.
• Bid writing: contribute to writing technical responses, implementation plans and staffing models.
• Commercial modelling: develop costed pricing models reflecting specifications and costs.
• Strategic analysis and pipeline development: monitor market trends and commissioner expectations.
• Collaboration: work with Directors and operational leads to design service models.
• Compliance and quality: ensure models comply with procurement regulations.
