Apono, a London-based cloud security company, is hiring entry-level BDRs who want to break into tech and grow their careers. This remote role is based out of London, UK, and offers exposure to AI-driven sales tools and modern GTM playbooks for outbound strategy.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior sales experience required.
• Recent grads and career changers welcome.
• Backgrounds like teaching, service, retail, customer service, military, or athletics are common candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to create opportunities.
• Leverage AI-driven sales tools to engage prospects more effectively.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against defined criteria to build a pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Represent Apono at industry events and trade shows, engaging with prospects in person.
• Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outbound strategy.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and enablement to develop core sales skills.
