Job summary

Alto Software Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to convert conversations with independent estate agents into new revenue across the Houseful portfolio. The role splits time between inbound conversions and outbound prospecting, becoming the go-to voice for agency owners.

You will understand agents' businesses to tailor our property marketing, CRM, website, and reach products, driving value and revenue growth in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally consultative selling value rather than price.
• Strong organisation and time management to run inbound and outbound pipelines.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and close inbound enquiries quickly and convert as many as possible.
• Prospect by phone to open new business and sell additional products to existing clients.
• Grow revenue across Houseful products: marketing, CRM, websites and reach products.
