Jobgether is partnering with a software and consulting firm to recruit a Sales Manager B2B – Freelance, based in the United Kingdom. You will drive adoption of an AI-powered business management solution across the German market, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting customer partnerships while working remotely with flexible hours.

Fluent German (C1+) and extensive B2B sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of B2B solution sales experience with proven results.
• Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Fluent German (C1+) and good English.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to travel within Germany.
• Ability to communicate complex products clearly.
• Strong pipeline management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell software solutions and consulting services to German market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to contract closure.
• Coordinate with product teams and sales specialists.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion.
• Meet revenue targets and manage CRM pipeline.
• Represent the business at trade fairs and industry events.
• Monitor KPIs and provide market insights.
• Travel as required for customer meetings and events.
