• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Clear, confident spoken English and strong listening skills.
• Ability to have a natural business conversation rather than read a script.
• Experience using a CRM, calling software and online calendars.
• Availability to make calls during UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Get through to relevant decision-makers and build rapport.
• Ask useful questions about how they currently manage health and safety or contractors.
• Identify relevant challenges and introduce the appropriate platform.
• Handle initial objections professionally and confidently.
