Job summary

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced self-employed appointment setters and BDRs for a remote UK role with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE from £950/month. You will identify potential client companies, reach decision-makers, and book qualified appointments for our team.

A potential Set-and-Close path offers higher commissions and end-to-end client management. The role offers full remote flexibility, with onboarding covering compliance and CRM setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or B2B sales; recruitment sector experience is a plus.
• Confident phone manner and strong written communication.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own pipeline as a self-employed contractor.
• Based in the UK with understanding of UK telemarketing compliance (CTPS, PECR).

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective client companies using approved data sources.
• Outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the recruitment team.
• Set-and-Close track: manage client relationships through to a closed placement.
• Log activity accurately in the CRM.
