Job summary

DoiT is seeking an Engineering Manager - Revenue Management to join our global R&D team. This role is fully remote and based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel, leading a team of engineers, owning delivery, and growing the team's impact.

You will write and review code, shape architectural decisions, and uphold high standards for performance and reliability while collaborating with Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to align technical work with business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles where you actively coded.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products on Azure, with production availability and cost ownership.
• Strong background in FinOps leadership.
• API-first mindset, products accessible via APIs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers.
• Proven track record of transforming engineering teams with measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and impact the team's success.
• Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and feedback.
• Build the next layer of leadership (tech leads, senior engineers, ICs).
• Write code and review code; contribute technically.
• Partner with Product and others; manage roadmap alignment.
• Own hiring for your team and raise the standard.
