Job summary

DoiT International is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on, player-coach team focused on revenue management in a cloud-first, multi-cloud environment. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural direction, and ensure delivery of high-quality software in a remote-capable setup across multiple regions.

You will work closely with Technical Product Owners, Product, and GTM teams to align engineering effort with business objectives, while promoting AI-augmented workflows and scalable

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience, incl. 4+ years in engineering management.
Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products with Azure, AWS or GCP.
Strong background in FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
API-first mindset with emphasis on scalable, multi-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable design.
Maintain high standards through code reviews and release processes.
Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success.
