Job summary

MANITOU Group is seeking a regional sales professional based remote in the Midlands, covering the United Kingdom. You will develop dealer networks, promote the full Manitou portfolio, and drive market share growth under the LIFT Strategy.

You will work with the Business Development Manager Dealers to monitor dealer performance, forecast sales, and lead market development across construction, agriculture and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development within the capital equipment sector.
• Background in construction, agriculture or industrial machinery sales.
• Experience working in a multinational company is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with dealers and drive sales growth within assigned region.
• Promote Manitou brands and full product range, including parts, maintenance contracts and finance solutions.
• Develop new markets and grow dealer network across construction, agriculture and industrial sectors.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide weekly/monthly reporting to the BDM and sales director.
• Represent the company at trade shows and provide product support to strengthen relationships.
