Qualifications

• Autonomy in managing accounts across a defined territory.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and account growth.
• Experience with MEWPs or related rental sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and margins.
• Ability to identify new product opportunities and position the company as a partner of choice.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Good teamwork and collaboration with HQ and field teams.
• Self-motivated with remote-working capabilities and HQ support.
• Solid knowledge of CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts within a defined UK territory.
• Deliver New Business from competitor accounts to expand the client base.
• Assist in formulating Sales & Marketing strategy with Sales Manager and General Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer needs.
• Build and expand the customer database and strengthen client relationships.
• Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and profits.
• Remain commercially astute, resilient, and capable of working remotely with HQ support.
