Job summary

GRS Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple sites, including safety, quality and team performance. You will manage production, transport and staffing to achieve budgeted P&L while developing staff and ensuring robust safety standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic plans, capital spend and process improvements. A dynamic environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and drive for improvement.
• Recognised operational Health, Safety & Environmental qualifications e.g. NEBOSH.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Financial budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health, Safety, Environment & Quality across sites and embed a culture of continual improvement.
• Lead production, transport and operations to deliver budgeted P&L and strategic targets.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Collaborate across site, area and functional boundaries with Transport, Sales and Finance to meet business goals.
• Review financial performance and manage site budgets to optimise cost control and efficiency.
